“The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I enjoyed using the fitness room; it was perfect for my needs. The management was very helpful and courteous. The hot breakfasts were wonderful. The only downside to my stay was that I was told that the room would be serviced every 3 days. Since I was there for 6 nights, I expected my room to be refreshed at least once during my stay. It never was. Since my 3rd day was July 4th, I just assumed that it was missed due to the holiday. But it……

“The staff was outstanding and the facilities were great!! I especially appreciated the large shower and bathroom lighting. Also, the staff was very eager to help when our room only had two beds when we had 6 occupants. They kindly comped us a second room across the hall and were super curious while doing so.”

“We unfortunatly got one of our bed full inside and out of dog hair with the cover upside down! The staff was good about coming the next morning and made a clean bed.”

“Carol at the front desk, was simply wonderful! The only thing we had a bit of a struggle with was adjusting the temperature on the shower. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic.”

“Swimming pool was not open breakfast was hardly anything no eggs no bacon no toast did not even say oatmeal. Coffee was great lol . Reserve 2 rooms on Expedia. When I arrived, there was only one room that had been reserved. That's what they told me. Would suggests finding another hotel outside of bluefield, west virginia . Tile floors seemto have some kind sweating problem, the bathroom floors.We're extremely slick if there was tile floors in hallways they were same. That was my first time……

“TV only worked on 4 channels. Room was clean but badly in need of renovation/repairs. Parking lot had a few very sketchy people hanging around late at night. There are better choices not too far away.”

“While I was staying for a few days and the rooms were clean I had to request my room to be made and towels to be changed as it was not done automatically. Otherwise, hotel is quiet and clean but far from downtown. Good breakfast. Pretty good stay overall”

“I love how cute this cottage is! It is in the perfect location for our visit with our daughter and grandchildren! The cottage is very clean and the decor is pretty. We loved watching the birds and squirrels on the back porch, too! We will definitely stay here again!”

“Easily accessible apartment. Perfect for myself and my dog for a week. Only downside is the highway is fairly close to the building so loud passing traffic is disruptive. This was especially true during sleeping hours. ”
